His latest video is released and this time, the author and creative entrepreneur exposed the Rogue Officers assaulting and abusing a black female to collect an illegal fine payment scheme. Baptiste also came with a witness on the video, detailing the horrific incident and shedding light on the abuse. The video shows on May 1, 2024, three months ago, rogue officers from Police Scotland based at Duns Police Station and Hawick Police Station in the Scottish Borders were Mafia Thugs in uniforms who kidnapped a black woman from her home. This was done with an attempt to do a 'George Floyd' on her. According to the video, the officers also wanted to shoot the black male witness to repress them by violating their rights on the grounds of race and covertly promoting white supremacy linked to National Action.

Baptiste in his video says it was PC Peter Bradley and PC Ben Rodriguez of Duns Police Station who committed abuse, improper conduct, flouting the police code of conduct, fascism, and enhanced interrogations using the illegal CIA techniques. In addition to that, the other crimes that were committed include police perjury, racketeering, falsified evidence, organized crime, bribery, brutality, excessive force, swearing, kickbacks, fraud, rudeness and mafia thuggery. The video further shows that the Sheriff Court was not interested in seeing documentary evidence on the fine payments which was made on April 25, 2024, and it was already paid by the third party. According to a report published in the Daily Record on April 14, 2024, 15 officers were sacked or resigned from Police Scotland in 2023 after facing gross misconduct charges including police corruption.

Made on April 28, 2023, the report shows Police Scotland officer Gavin Donald was jailed for attempting to pervert the course of justice and tried to cover up his corruption was jailed for 14 months after being convicted and sentenced at Edinburgh Sheriff Court. Judge James Porter sentenced Charles 'O'Brien, the corrupt judge who wrongfully imprisoned innocent black men and women through an illegal fine payment scheme by abusing his position as a judge. The incident was caught in an undercover police sting operation in the United States of America. Mr 'O' Brien was convicted and jailed for his crimes including racketeering and wire fraud. The video further shows that PC Keith Murray of Hawick Police Station attempted to bribe the black male witness on May 1, 2024 by offering bribes and soliciting bribes by flouting the Police Code of Conduct linked to the Neweek Report. PC Keith Murray pleaded with the witness not to show the video of PC Peter Bradley and PC Ben Rodriguez that took place outside the black woman's address on May 1. This also shows that the police officers committed police perjury, racketeering rendition, torture, racism, fascism, false evidence, organized crime with abuse of police powers and privileges under Section 26 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015. This is a corrupt or improper exercise of abusing police powers and privileges as police constables carrying imprisonment terms up to 14 years which is concerning the conviction of Sergeant Ben Cooke at Cardiff Crown Court on July 12, 2024.
